Pilatus PC-12 NG SN 1429

From time to time, an aircraft you are involved with leaves a lasting impression. PC-12 NG SN 1429 was one such aircraft, and will forever be known to us as the “red rocket” because of its uniquely red ailerons.

This NG was used as a sales demonstrator and visited many large cities and small Canadian towns before eventually making its home in southwestern Ontario.

This was also the test platform used to certify our Enhanced Vision System for the PC-12. The eventual owners added a custom paint scheme to the aircraft, but kept the red ailerons. The red rocket flies on!
